The UN and Abortion

Harbor any thoughts that the UN is a 'basically good' organization? Flip through this article and see the deeds. Taste the fruit. Smell the stench. Here is a morsel:

In an accompanying document, entitled "Review of International Standards for Rights of the Child and Adolescent Rights," UNESCO describes how to pressure individual nations that have not embraced this adolescent reproductive rights revolution, saying that it is now possible "to hold countries accountable on the basis of human rights violations" at the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHCHR) and the Committee on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).
NOT allowing unfettered access to abortion for adolescent 'women' is a 'human rights violation'??? People, this is where we are. We aren't heading there, we are there. All of us 'good' people look around at all the other 'good' people. Standing around. Doing nothing.

Thank God there are people who aren't like me and are doing something. Lord, convert me to your will.
